All wrist wraps are 48 cm long and 8 cm wide allowing you to easily wrap around your wrist to the desired tension adjustment and secure it with strong velcro for security!

    Wrist wraps

    I actually bought these for my husband who deals with carpal tunnel and he struggles to keep his wrists secure when lifting. These have helped him so much that he’s able to lift without pain and without worrying about damaging his wrists further!

    Wrist wraps

    Amazing wrist wraps, they felt a but bulky at first, but I learned I just needed to break them in a little. They offer the best support, and use them for many CrossFit exercises!
