All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) - duties and fees are calculated and collected at checkout, so no surprise charges upon delivery.

 

 

 

Tracking & Delivery

 

Carrier issues and delays can happen. Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” by mistake and redeliver the package within the next few days.

In this situation, we advise waiting a few more days for the package to arrive. If, after 4 business days, your order status shows as "Delivered" by the carrier, and you haven't found your package even after checking with neighbors and surrounding areas, please reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.
