Every UPPPER product is built to perform. We stand behind the quality of our gear with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered
UPPPER offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products purchased from the official UPPPER Amazon storefront. This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials (e.g., stitching failures, hardware breaking under normal use, fabric tearing at seams)
- Defects in workmanship that affect the product's intended function
- Manufacturing defects that are present at the time of purchase
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care (e.g., machine washing products labeled hand-wash only)
- Damage from accidents, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (e.g., minor discoloration over time)
Warranty Period
Coverage begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 12 months. To be eligible, your warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase at warranty.uppper.cloud.
Note: Registration confirms your purchase and makes it easier to process a claim quickly. Your statutory rights are not affected by whether you register.
How to Register
- Go to warranty.uppper.cloud
- Enter your name, email, and Amazon Order ID - your product is identified automatically
- Rate your product and optionally share a review
- Your warranty is confirmed on screen and via email confirmation
Registration takes under 60 seconds.
How to Make a Claim
- Email [email protected] with subject line: "Warranty Claim"
- Include your name, order ID, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
If your claim is approved, UPPPER will, at its discretion, replace the defective product or issue store credit of equivalent value. We do not offer cash refunds under warranty claims.
Eligible Purchases
This warranty applies to purchases made from the official UPPPER Amazon storefront only. To register, you will need your Amazon Order ID in the format 123-4567890-1234567.
Purchases from third-party sellers on Amazon are not eligible. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, contact [email protected] with your Order ID and we'll verify.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country. UPPPER's liability under this warranty is limited to replacement or store credit and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.
